The Burnaby Coed Slo Pitch League is a coed 6 & 4 league based out of North Burnaby, BC. We are scheduled to begin play with our annual icebreaker tournament April 21/22 at Riverway Park. This is just a casual 4 game tournament to get you back into the swing of things. Our regular season would then start soon after. We play a 23 game season finishing the beginning of August. Our playoffs will be August 13-19 Playoffs are a 4 game round robin followed by a double knockout for a minimum of 6 games. Grand total of games is 32+. (May be changed)

We do not play on Saturdays or long weekends other than Saturday June 23. We do play Sundays in May and June though. Weeknight game times are 6:30pm, 6:45pm, 7:45pm and 9:00pm. Sunday game times are 10:30am, 12noon, 1:30pm, 3:00pm, 4:30pm. Our current fields are Kensington (Kensington and Curtis) and Confederation (Willingdon north of Hastings) and Burnaby North School (Hastings and Fell). We also have Riverway for some Sundays.

In 2011 we had 20 teams in 4 divisions of play. Each team played 22 regular season games.

Our league fees for 2012 are $1250 for new teams ($100 as a preformance bond). $1150 for returning teams.

Teams are supplied with one dozen game balls, lineup cards, scorebook, SPN umpires, bases (at fields), SPN Insurance. All you need is bats, gloves, uniforms and the need to play softball.
